The Challenge
Verifying supplier documentation at scale is operationally intensive. Every day, suppliers submit insurance certificates, training records, certifications, and regulatory forms across multiple document types, languages, and regional requirements.
The legacy verification approach depended heavily on specialist review, drove up cost during peak periods, and became increasingly difficult to keep aligned with Avetta's growth trajectory.
The Solution
MenasaBD led the commercial side of the engagement, introducing the opportunity, aligning both sides on scope and expectations, and staying in the loop from first meeting through final delivery.
Our partner Tintash provided forward deployed engineers who worked directly with Avetta's product and engineering teams. Together they built the Batch Verification Service, an end-to-end AI-powered document processing pipeline that combines multi-agent document extraction, deterministic compliance rules, and multilingual processing while keeping a human in the loop for exceptions and edge cases.
The Impact
The engagement produced measurable operational results:

- Approximately 95% field-level extraction accuracy on text PDFs
